If I remember right, the mod your using concerning Kvatch, places an armored guy on the road to Kvatch using his big sword to try and hack and slash his way through the pile-of-rocks wall blocking the entrance into the Kvatch refugee camp, whose people can still be heard talking just on the other side. He doesn’t say anything though.
