I also wonder if I&#8217;m playing the part of a tow truck driver, or a sentient tow truck, hence the question mark.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/2012\/11\/11\/sim-plicity-i-am-a-tow-truck-driver\/\">You can read it right here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of which, my last column for PC Gamer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/2012\/11\/04\/sim-plicity-i-am-a-human-being\/\">I am a human being<\/a>, was a bit of a hit, getting some nice attention on the site and on Twitter. I was also surprised and thrilled to hear it being discussed on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idlethumbs.net\/\">Idle Thumbs podcast<\/a>. I&#8217;ve listened to Idle Thumbs for ages, so I&#8217;m pretty stoked to have been a topic of conversation on their show (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idlethumbs.net\/idlethumbs\/episodes\/an-ancient-evil-awakens\">Episode 82<\/a>). The discussion of my column and the sim I played (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.educationalsimulations.com\/products.html\">Real Lives 2010<\/a>) begins at about 1 hour and 12 minutes in. One detail they got wrong: I&#8217;ve never written for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rockpapershotgun.com\/\">Rock, Paper, Shotgun<\/a> (though I hope to someday).<\/p>\n<p>In more News About Me, I wrote a little piece on Thursday about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.screencuisine.net\/screencuisine\/television\/movies-ill-always-watch-if-theyre-on\/\">the movies I always watch<\/a> when they&#8217;re on TV.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.metafilter.com\/121687\/The-Movie-Channel-Youd-Never-Stop-Watching\"> It was later posted to Metafilter<\/a>, which resulted in a bunch of other people listing their Always Watch movies.
